These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the CleanPro – Storage Clean Up mobile application (the “App”) and our related website at getcleanpro.app (together, the “Services”), provided by AAAI Studio (“we”, “us”, or “our”), an independent developer team based in Hanoi, Vietnam.
By downloading, installing or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the App.
You may use the App only if you have the legal capacity to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 13 years old. If you are between 13 and 18 (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), you represent that you have the consent of your parent or legal guardian.
Subject to your continued compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install and use the App on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal, non-commercial use.

The App is free to download and may offer optional in-app purchases or subscriptions (“Premium Features”). Subscription options may include weekly, monthly or yearly plans and may change over time.
All purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple via the App Store using your Apple ID. We do not process or store your full payment card details. Your payment relationship is primarily with Apple, and your use of the App Store is governed by Apple’s terms and policies.
Unless you cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period, your subscription will automatically renew and your Apple ID account will be charged for the next period at the then-current price.
We may offer free trials for certain subscription plans. If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid plan and you will be charged according to the plan you selected via the App Store.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store account settings. Deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel your subscription.
Any requests for refunds must be made directly to Apple and will be handled in accordance with Apple’s refund policies. We do not have the ability to decide or process refunds for purchases made through the App Store.
The App is designed to help you identify duplicate photos, similar photos, screenshots and large videos that may be removed from your device to free up storage space. Before any deletion is confirmed, you have the opportunity to review the items selected for removal.
Once you confirm deletion, affected items may be moved to your device’s system trash or “Recently Deleted” area (where available) and may eventually be permanently removed by the operating system. You are solely responsible for reviewing items before deletion and for any consequences of deleting content. We cannot recover deleted items on your behalf.
To avoid unintended loss, we strongly recommend that you maintain regular backups of your device using the tools provided by your device manufacturer or operating system (for example, iCloud backups on iOS).
The App integrates third-party software development kits (“SDKs”) and services, including but not limited to:
These third parties may process information as described in our Privacy Policy and in their own privacy policies. By using the App, you acknowledge that such third-party services are governed by their own terms and conditions and privacy policies, and that we are not responsible for their content or practices.
Our collection and use of personal data in connection with the App is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By using the App, you also agree to the terms of the Privacy Policy.
The App, including all content, features, and functionality (such as software, text, graphics, logos, icons, and design), is owned by AAAI Studio or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws.
You may not copy, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display or perform, or otherwise use any part of the App except as expressly permitted by these Terms or applicable law.
The App is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
We do not warrant that:
To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall AAAI Studio, its members or collaborators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue or profits, arising out of or in connection with your use of (or inability to use) the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or relating to the App or these Terms shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you actually paid for use of the App in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or (b) the minimum amount required by applicable law.
We may update and improve the App from time to time, which may include adding, modifying or removing features. We may also release updates or new versions of the App. You may need to install the latest version to continue using certain features.
We reserve the right, at our discretion, to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms or if we discontinue the App.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the “Last updated” date at the top of this page and may provide additional notice (for example, in-app). Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them or your use of the App shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam, without regard to its conflict of laws rules.
You agree that the courts located in Hanoi, Vietnam shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App, except where applicable law requires a different forum.
